Keeping up.

I can’t seem to remember to update my tumblr often enough. I need to be on here daily, keeping myself motivated.

Reminders today:

-1200 calories or less
-take daily vitamins and Vitamin C
-the kitchen closes after dinner
-drink green tea
-water, water, water, and more…
-move you’re body
-stay positive!! It takes time

Anonymous asked: How long did it take you to lose the weight? Did you exercise everyday?

1 year, no I worked out 5 days a week during most of that.
